I created "Celestial Nectar" as an exploration of nature and spirituality—a journey where the tangible and the unseen harmoniously intertwine. In this piece, I portray a queen bumblebee, an emblem of diligence, fertility and interconnectedness, adorned with seven distinct blooms that represent the chakra energy centers, each one resonating with its own vibrant color and unique significance.

     I began with the Hibiscus in the grounding red of the Root Chakra, a symbol of stability and our fundamental connection to the earth. Moving upward, the lively orange Poppy for the Sacral Chakra speaks to the fluidity of creativity and passion that infuses our daily lives. The bright yellow Sunflower for the Solar Plexus Chakra captures personal power and self-confidence, while the serene green Orchid for the Heart Chakra embodies compassion and love—the core of human connection.

     The calm blue of the Hyacinth flower represents the Throat Chakra which encourages honest self-expression, and the deep indigo and purple Pansies for the Third Eye Chakra which invites introspection and the wisdom of intuition. Finally, the luminous violet tiger lily, touched with hints of white, crowns the composition with the spiritual enlightenment of the Crown Chakra, a reminder of our boundless connection to the universe.

     To visually echo these themes, I layered a dynamic background rich with shimmering Sapphire, deep blues and turquoise —Phthalo Greens, and soft glints of gold, suggesting a hint of interplanetary landscapes. This abstract setting is designed to evoke a sense of cosmic interplay, inviting you to lose yourself in its intricate details and the rhythmic dance of colors.
